“I came to the Cross of Kerrville to get reconnected with my Lord. I wanted to find myself because I drifted away from the Lord. My battle has always been with the gay lifestyle. When I gave my life to the Lord, when I was 19, my eyes were opened and I knew this lifestyle was evil and not from God. I thought that it would leave me, but I was wrong. My life became out of control. I cried out to the Lord for years asking Him to take this away from me. I’ve slept with so many men that I cannot count, I think its over 150. I thank God that I never got HIV. But, the God News is God has been changing me little by little though out my years and that desire for the gay life is going away. I hit my one year without being with a man and that is why I am here. I came here to leave everything at the Cross and follow Jesus. Deny myself, take up the cross and follow Jesus, and that is what I am going to do. I’m going to leave back home tomorrow on fire for the Lord, serving Him and becoming the new man God has called me to be. I leave you this gift ($299). Use it for God’s Kingdom. God bless.”
